    The creators of Xtreme.AI, the Seville-based AI startup recognized for its high performance and acquired by the American company Woflow, have launched a new project: Vibetasking, a platform that redefines task automation through AI agents accessible to any user, without the need for technical knowledge. Under the slogan "Don't manage tasks. Orchestrate results. AI agents that work like you," Vibetasking allows companies and professionals to automate processes simply by describing the task in natural language. Without the need to program or create diagrams, the platform executes instructions and delivers results, facilitating the integration of AI into the daily operations of any organization. The founding team, consisting of Timotei Molnar (31, originally from Romania and residing in Seville), Miguel Esteban (29), and Eduardo del Palacio (28), both from Seville, decided in 2025 to leave Woflow to start anew. "It was the ideal time to innovate. Companies fear falling behind in AI adoption and are looking for real solutions," explains Del Palacio. Vibetasking stands out for its ease of use: any user can create and supervise AI agents that perform tasks based on simple written explanations. For example, automating the download and management of invoices from email, extracting data, and responding to messages, all without manual intervention. "You just need to explain the task as you would to a new employee, and the agent learns after a single execution," notes Molnar. The platform offers integrations with thousands of tools via API, allowing agents to interact with applications, databases, web services, and specific systems, even accessing user credentials to operate as if they were the user themselves. Miguel Esteban compares the solution to "a ChatGPT that, in addition to conversing, can perform actions on a computer: writing and executing code, browsing the web, uploading documents, and more." The system guides the user to specify the details of the task, ensuring that the final result meets specific needs. Vibetasking's business model is based on subscription and pay-per-use, adapting to the volume of automated tasks. "Unlike traditional computing, AI requires resources every time it is used, which is why the credit system," explains Molnar. Among its first clients, a telecommunications consultancy has managed to automate 30% of its operations, allowing its team to focus on higher-value tasks. The previous success with Xtreme.AI, which had clients like Glovo and Just Eat, has facilitated the trust of new companies in Vibetasking. "Now companies are more open to trying innovative solutions for fear of becoming obsolete," says Molnar. Regarding the impact of AI on employment, the founders agree that productivity multiplies: "In six months, three of us have done the work that previously required a team of 50," highlights Molnar, who aims to form a team of up to 10 people in 2026 and retain talent in Seville. As for the future of work, they believe that total automation is still far off, but the transformation of functions is imminent. "AI will allow companies to automate repetitive tasks and focus on higher-value activities," points out Esteban.
