The Adecco Group (SIX:ADEN) has signed a multi-year agreement with Salesforce for unlimited global use of Agentforce 360 until 2027, according to an official statement. This strategic investment in artificial intelligence strengthens Adecco's position, with a market capitalization of $616 million and shares trading at $25.42, as a leader in the professional services sector. The agreement covers the group's three main divisions: Adecco, LHH, and Akkodis. The goal is for more than 50% of the company's revenue to come from agent-driven AI solutions by the end of 2026. In the UK, Adecco has already implemented AI agents from Agentforce 360, successfully automating routine recruitment tasks. Results include a 15% time savings, reduced vacancy coverage time, higher placement success rates, and decreased operational costs. This commitment to AI aligns with reported revenues of $2.26 billion and a P/E ratio of 14.43. According to InvestingPro, Adecco's shares are currently undervalued compared to their fair value. The deployment strategy is supported by Adecco's global operating model, with delivery centers and hubs in India, Poland, Mexico, and Morocco, operating in over 60 countries with a workforce of approximately 27,000 recruiters. Denis Machuel, CEO of Adecco Group, emphasized: “Unlimited access to Agentforce allows us to rapidly scale proven agent-driven AI solutions globally and across all our brands.” Madhav Thattai, EVP & GM of Agentforce at Salesforce, noted that Adecco “now has a ‘always-on’ foundation to connect millions of candidates with job opportunities, aiming for AI to drive 50% of revenue by the end of 2026.” The company has integrated data from over 30 Salesforce instances and business systems through Data 360, creating unique candidate profiles in real-time for its recruiters. The next phase will focus on expanding the use of agents in the UK, bringing the technology to France and other markets, and enhancing capabilities through nearshore and offshore hubs.
